Julia joined Triangle J Council of Governments in August 2016, having previously worked for Active Living By Design, the Orange County Department on Aging, CASA, and Nontraditional Employment for Women. Prior professional experience includes affordable housing, complete streets, healthy plan making, food systems, aging in community, and multi-sector partnerships. Since 2013, Julia has focused on the relationship between planning and public health and has provided technical assistance to communities addressing social determinants of health.
