Guest Presenter: Kelly Rao, Maricopa County's Innovation Studio Manager

Learn about Maricopa County’s innovation program and program model, which was updated and completed using a design framework to gather insights and develop outcomes for the County. The latter half of the presentation will be a hands-on game in Mural, an online collaboration tool. This game will be a lean simulation that you could leverage to use with colleagues to demonstrate the benefit of lean concepts such as parallel processing and single piece flow.
