City of Fayetteville Affordable Housing Study

Conducted a housing study for the City of Fayetteville, in partnership with the Mid-Carolina Council of Governments to identify strategies to incentivize and facilitate affordable housing preservation and development.

Durham Accessory Dwelling Unit Technical Assistance Project

Staff research barriers to developing accessory dwelling units (ADUs) and missing middle housing on behalf of Durham’s Community Development Department. Research includes specific financial barriers to development and suggestions for creating a financial incentive program to support creation of ADUs for affordable housing.

 Collaborative Home Repair/Partners in Home Preservation (Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance Grant)

A Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance grant with Chatham & Orange County partners to streamline access, implementation, and performance of home repair and weatherization programs.
