Regional Committees

Executive Roundtable Discussion (formerly Mayors & Chairs)

TJCOG encourages networking and idea sharing among municipal and county leaders across our region. One way we do this is by hosting joint meetings of the region’s mayors and county chairs, regularly scheduled lunchtime opportunities to explore topics of mutual interest. The group sets its own agenda, frequently inviting special guests for informal discussion. The Executive Roundtable Discussions are held on the 1st Thursday of alternating months at TJCOG; check our calendar of events to confirm dates and location.

Strategy & Innovation Regional Network

The term innovation can be an ambiguous term but most often it references the ability to empower individuals to turn their idea into a tangible outcome. Within local government, "Change Agents" across our region are working diligently to create a culture that encourages innovation, leadership, collaboration, and employee empowerment within their jurisdictions by improving processes, standards, and accountability. Join innovation professionals from local governments across the TJCOG region to learn strategies and processes to bring back to your organization to create efficient and forward-thinking work environments.
